 Terms and Conditions

• A 50% deposit is required to begin all orders. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before pickup or delivery.
   
• Turnaround time is 7–10 business days from the date the deposit is received. Weekends and holidays are not included in the turnaround timeline.
   
• Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future orders. If the order is canceled for any reason, the funds are forfeited.
   
• Once a mock-up is approved, no changes can be made to the design, garment style, or order details.
   
• All artwork must be print-ready in PNG or JPG format, with a transparent background and 300 DPI resolution for optimal print quality.
   
• We are not responsible for the quality or resolution of files provided by the client. Poor-quality files may result in subpar prints.
   
• If needed, we offer design recreation or file cleanup services for an additional fee (please ask for details).
   
• Pricing is based on the style, brand, and fabric content of the garment, along with the number and size of printed areas.
   
• Client-provided garments are accepted at your own risk. We do not offer replacements or refunds for misprints or damage on client-supplied items.
